Several of us were contacted separately by the
Buddhist Cultural Centre. In the end, I found out that only Francis had
committed to voluntarily conduct origami classes. I agreed to assist. The
classes were to be conducted on 21 September, 5 October, 19 October, 2 November,
16 November and 30 November 2003. We were also requested to assist in the
official opening of the Yen Pei Building. The classes were generally well
attended and the participants showed great interest in origami and could not get
enough of it.

the tall white building which I had unfortunately missed taking any photographs
