Myself and my family reached there around 6.30 p.m. to set up the displays. Francis and Yew Meng was there too. In fact, we came direct after another activity at Handicapped Welfare Association.
We were joined by Cheng Chit and Kum Seng later.
The group was invited to set up a stall there. Other activities include Chinese tea, pressed flowers and many other traditional crafts as well as well as lion dance, traditional dancing, quizzes, riddles and the mandatory lighting and carrying of lanterns by kids.
The purpose of our presence was to show the various
kinds of activities in Kim Seng Community Centre (KSCC).

The Guest of Honour, Dr Lily Neo, MP for Kreta Ayer-Tanglin, visited our store and all the stores set up. I gave her a "Yuan Bao" (created by Ronald Koh, who was overseas) which I had specially folded for her. Francis gave her a beautiful box. Cheng Chit gave her his creation, T-Rex.
